Vocal Energy Work
The voice is an incredibly powerful tool for healing. As most of us have been conditioned to suppress or reshape our personal expression throughout our lives, engaging with voice work can be a radical act of returning to ourselves. Vocal energy work is not only effective; it can also be deeply liberating to listen to and receive.
This is an experience of voice-based energy work that is created as an offering to wash over you, the receiver. I tune into what wants to move, in your physical and energetic space, sensing this in a visual manner while creating sound. The imagery I see in my mind's eye fuels the vocalizations and vice versa. Each session is unique, creating a container where sound becomes a path for release, activation, and alignment.
Sound in a vocal energy work session typically emerges as a kind of singing, sometimes lyrical, sometimes toning-like, sometimes dissonant; as well as gibberish sounds that create themselves in the moment and can feel more impactful than words.
Through the vibration of sound, I help to create a space for an energetic polishing, so to speak, to clear cobwebs, break through barriers and harmonize layers of your field. Because sound penetrates the physical body, it can reach straight into the heart and deep into the bones to support your entire system.

In my experience, energy work is effective whether it's in-person, remote, or even asynchronous (recorded and sent later). Zoom allows us to connect in real time, no matter where you are, and that live exchange is more personal - a wonderful way to connect and receive nourishment.
